Dr. Pellegrino is a graduate of Duke University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She subsequently received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, specializing in child and adolescent psychology. Dr. Pellegrino completed her doctoral internship at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford and The Children’s Health Council, focusing on the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and families. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship at The Children’s Health Council.
Dr. Pellegrino is trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy and works collaboratively with clients and families to achieve positive change and to reach their goals. She provides assessments, individual therapy, and group therapy to children and adolescents with a range of presenting problems, including anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), behavioral disorders, and autism spectrum disorder. She also has experience working with parents and with medically fragile individuals.
Dr. Pellegrino is a member of The American Psychological Association, The New Jersey Psychological Association, and The Mercer County Psychological Association.
